We reserve the right to withdraw, at any time, any product from this website, and/or to replace or modify any content or information contained on this website. Although we will always endeavor to fulfill orders you submit to us, there may be exceptional circumstances in which we are forced to refuse to process or accept an order after we have received it or notified you sent an Order Confirmation, and we reserve this right at any time and at our sole discretion. 4- Presentation and description of the products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “product sheets”. The prices of the products are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. 5- Order procedure
After accessing a first summary of the items pre-selected in the departments and added to the basket, the customer is invited to confirm his selection before accessing the payment page on which he enters all the information necessary to pay the price requested by the seller. Orders are confirmed by email: the seller sends an email to the address entered by the customer at the time of their order (or registration on the site) to summarize the exact terms of the contract entered into. 6- Delivery of products
The seller undertakes to deliver the packages containing the products ordered to the carrier chosen by the customer when ordering. Nanolab Industries offers its customers the Younited credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of payment. This is conditional on the customer's acceptance of the credit contract offered by Younited.

Nanolab Industries n°ORIAS 23000891 acts as non-exclusive agent in banking operations for Younited. Nanolab Industries provides assistance in carrying out credit transactions without acting as a lender or insurance broker.

Any refusal to grant credit by Younited for an order may result in its cancellation."

Any termination of the General Terms and Conditions which bind the customer and Nanolab Industries results in the termination of the credit contract between Younited and the customer.

8- Legal withdrawal period
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code: Article L120-20: “the consumer (here the customer) has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, the exception, where applicable, of return costs.

9-  Returns
  • 1. The seller accepts returns from customers within fourteen clear days on the condition that the products have never been used or damaged and that they still contain their original packaging as well as their labels and/or accessories supplied with the product.
  • 2. It is recommended to use the original package to make returns as the available envelopes do not provide optimal protection for returned items. Thus, a return could be refused even though the items were returned in good condition if they arrive damaged on our returns platform. Likewise, it is advisable to return the products by registered mail.
  • 3. The seller reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason which does not comply with the conditions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2. Thus, the package checked as non-compliant will be reshipped to the customer at his expense.
  • 4. In the event of a compliant return, the seller offers the customer: A full refund of the products ordered. Neither return costs nor delivery costs will be refunded.
  • 5. Returns must include inside the package a copy of the invoice and an explanatory note written by the customer indicating which option they have chosen.
  • 6. Returns are not accepted for sale products, products having been purchased during an exceptional offer from the seller. These products cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded.
  • 7. GarrettMiller will not be held responsible in the event of negligence on the part of the customer in the procedures communicated to him.
 
10- After-sales service and warranty
The relations between the seller and the customers are governed by this contract. To exercise the withdrawal period, the customer must send (optional) an email or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt unequivocally specifying the customer's desire to exercise their right of withdrawal. The letter or email must be sent within the seven clear days provided for by law, postmarked and/or electronically dated by our server as proof. 11- Limitation of the seller's liability
  • 1 The seller declines all responsibility regarding the tracking of a package he has sent. It is the responsibility of the customer wishing to track their package to ask the seller for the package number by email to customer service.
  • 2. The products are offered for sale "subject to availability" and the seller cannot be held responsible in case of stock exhaustion and cannot, under any circumstances, be required to pay damages or any other financial compensation in this regard.
